1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and RAZ Designs, LLC ("RAZ Designs", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if you are using the Service on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. The Service

RAZ Designs provides AI-assisted tools — including the AI Letter Writer — designed to help people produce clear written letters and other text. The Service may be updated, extended, or changed over time.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful content;
• Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence;
• Generate impersonations, deepfakes, or fraudulent communications intended to mislead a third party;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the security of the Service;
• Use the Service to provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax) without your own qualified human review.

6. AI outputs and your inputs

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs the Service generates, including verifying their accuracy and ensuring you have the rights needed to use any input content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. Do not rely on outputs for important decisions without independent review.

We reserve the right to filter, refuse, or remove outputs and to suspend accounts that misuse the Service, including repeat infringers. If you believe content generated by our Service infringes your rights, email RAZDESIGNS24@GMAIL.COM with enough detail to identify the content and the right being asserted, and we will review.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by RAZ Designs, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose under your selected plan. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the inputs you submit and, subject to applicable law and these Terms, of the outputs the Service generates for you.

8. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The terms governing payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains the refund window we offer and how to request a refund.

9. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Paddle billing portal (paddle.net) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if your account presents a security or fraud risk, if payment is not received, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first. You may stop using the Service at any time and request that we delete your account.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RAZ Designs harmless from third-party claims arising out of (a) your inputs or outputs, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts located in or serving York County, South Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RAZ Designs regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
