Refund Policy

Overview
This policy explains when RAZ Designs, LLC issues refunds for purchases made through our website. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handles the actual refund transaction once it is approved.
App subscriptions and credit packs
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on app subscriptions (Monthly, Unlimited) and on one-time credit packs (such as the 5-Letter Pack), subject to the condition below.
Refunds are only available if you have not used the service. "Used" means you have generated at least one letter or consumed any credits from your account. Because our app delivers digital value immediately on use, once a letter has been generated or a credit consumed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, follow the steps in "How to request a refund" below.
Coaching sessions
You may cancel a coaching booking and receive a full refund at any time before the session takes place. Once a coaching session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, email us and we'll do our best to find a new time that works.
Subscriptions and renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. The 14-day refund window applies from the date of each individual charge (initial purchase or renewal), subject to the "no usage" condition above.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at RAZDESIGNS24@GMAIL.COM with your order email and a short note describing the issue. We will review and coordinate the refund with Paddle if eligible.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Paddle's own refund handling
In addition to this policy, Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
