1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice applies to services provided by RAZ Designs, LLC ("RAZ Designs", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States. 2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, authentication identifiers.
• Service usage data: letters and prompts you submit, generated outputs, plan tier, credit balance, purchase history.
• Support communications: messages you send us by email or via support forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and basic telemetry needed to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies used to keep you logged in and to remember preferences.

Payment card details are not collected or stored by RAZ Designs. They are handled directly by our reseller, Paddle (see Section 5).

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

• Provide the service (account creation, AI letter generation, delivery of purchased credits) — performance of a contract.
• Customer support — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in helping users.
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
• Service improvement and analytics (aggregated usage, debugging) — legitimate interest.
• Legal and accounting obligations (record-keeping, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.
• Marketing emails (where applicable) — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. AI features and your inputs

When you use our AI letter-writing tools, the text you enter is sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate a response for you. We do not sell your inputs and we do not use them to train public models. You should not enter highly sensitive personal data (e.g. government IDs, medical records, passwords) into the tools.

5. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, subscription management, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling. When you check out, Paddle collects and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to host the application, store data, and deliver content.
• AI model providers — used to generate outputs from the prompts you submit.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers, where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data of users in the UK, EEA, or other regulated regions is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable mechanisms.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Request a portable copy of your data;
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing relies on consent);

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect personal data. No online service is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are essential to keep you logged in and to operate the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
